MATCHA: Traditional Japanese tea obtained from tea shrub leaves grown in special conditions.
Served in a special way – as powder, from which a turbid infusion with extraordinary taste and aroma is obtained. The best quality matcha is used for tea preparation ceremony, reserved only for that particular occasion. It is made from carefully selected tea buds, thanks to which matcha powder is as fresh, aromatic and delicate as possible. Matcha tea infusion contains 10x more antioxidants than the infusion made of green tea leaves.
